A Redesigned Library

Again, I am not the librarian, will not be working at this school in September, and have no authority to actually do any of the things I said in this video. This is me roleplaying someone who actually has a library.

Questions for feedback:

  • How would you present a redesign to your colleagues and entice them to participate without influencing their opinions for future consultation?
  • Is it professionally acceptable to have a prize draw to entice stakeholders to participate in consultation?

Name possibilties:

  • Grace Hopper Hive (after legendary computer scientist/physicist Rear Admiral Grace Hopper)
  • Adaspace (after Ada Lovelace, again, a legendary computer scientist from the mid-19th century, before computers existed)
